Workgroup Reports

As outlined in the Illinois Pollution Control Board Order for the Chloride Monitoring Data Reports and Workgroup Status Reports need to be made public. The Chloride Monitoring Data Reports and Workgroup Status Reports will be posted here when they are available. The Chloride Monitoring Data Reports are due each year on July 1 beginning in 2023 and the Workgroup Status Report is due July 1, 2024 (Year 3), July 1, 2029 (Year 8), and July 1, 2034 (Year 13).

Member Pollutant Minimization Plans and Annual Reports

As outlined in the Illinois Pollution Control Board Order for the Chloride TLWQS, Pollutant Minimization Plans (PMP) and Annual Reports need to be made public. The PMPs and Annual Reports from our members will be posted here when they are available. Annual Reports are due July 1 of each year starting in 2023.

Report Templates

Copies of the TLWQS Annual Report templates are available to workgroup members. Each template has three pieces: one set of instructions, one blank fillable word document report template, and one fillable annual report spreadsheet.

Drafts of the templates for the Pollutant Minimization Plans (PMPs) and Documentation template are available to workgroup members. Separate templates for the PMPs have been prepared based on the different types of member organizations and what BMPs the organizations need to implement in their operations.
